RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returns must use our prepaid return label. We are not responsible for parcels sent via any other method.

A $4.95 return processing fee per shipment applies.

Shoes box must be placed inside a proper shipping box; packages returned without proper packaging may incur a $20 restocking fee.
