Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every M. Aviann purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returns must use our prepaid return label. We are not responsible for parcels sent via any other method.
A $4.95 return processing fee per shipment applies.
Shoes box must be placed inside a proper shipping box; packages returned without proper packaging will incur a $20 restocking fee.
Sale Item Returns Items marked down 30% or more that are eligible for return will incur a $9.99 return processing fee per shipment.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

We offer one complimentary exchange per item, available within 30 days, subject to product availability.
Replacement items ship once the original item is received and inspected.
