Refund policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident in every M. Aviann purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

RETURNS

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returns must use our prepaid return label. We are not responsible for parcels sent via any other method.
  • A $4.95 return processing fee per shipment applies.
  • Shoes box must be placed inside a proper shipping box; packages returned without proper packaging may incur a $20 restocking fee.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

EXCHANGES

  • Complimentary exchanges available within 30 days, subject to product availability.
  • Replacement items ship once the original item is received and inspected.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account.
