Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that shoes discounted by 20% or more incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99. Final Sale items and certain promotional purchases may have separate terms, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns made between 8 and 14 days are still accepted but will incur a $10 return shipping fee per item.
Shoes discounted 20% or more are subject to a $7.99 shipping and return fee, and qualify for one free exchange per order.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I return sale items if they don’t fit?
If the shoes are discounted by 20% or more, they can be returned but will incur a $7.99 return fee and a $7.99 shipping fee. These items are eligible for one free exchange per order if the size doesn’t fit. However, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product page to see if an item is Final Sale before purchasing.
