Shoes discounted by 20% or more will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

Returns for discounted shoes are subject to a $7.99 return fee.

We will honor one free exchange per order.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Unworn and undamaged

In resellable condition (no creases, marks, or wear on soles)

Returned in the original packaging, including the shoe box

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

Free Returns & Exchanges: Available within 7 days of delivery. The return package must be scanned by the shipping carrier within this timeframe.

Extended Returns: From day 8 to day 14, returns are still accepted but will incur a $10 flat return shipping fee per item.

LIMITATIONS

Free returns and exchanges are limited to 2 pairs per order.

Each additional item returned will incur a $10 shipping fee per item.

Items Marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.

Replacement items will ship only once the original product is received and inspected.

All returns must use our prepaid return label. We cannot accept or process returns sent by other shipping methods.

Drying: Let shoes dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Insert shoe trees or newspaper inside to absorb moisture and maintain shape.

Protection: Regularly apply a protective spray or polish to shield against water, stains, and damage.
