We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States on all full price items or items discounted less than 20 percent.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Rates for Discounted Items
To ensure transparency and fairness during promotional periods, the following shipping terms apply to sale items:
Shoes discounted by 20% or more will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.
Returns for discounted shoes are subject to a $7.99 return fee.
We will honor one free exchange per order.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Unworn and undamaged
In resellable condition (no creases, marks, or wear on soles)
Returned in the original packaging, including the shoe box
Full price items and Items Discounted less than 20 percent
RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
Free Returns & Exchanges: Available within 7 days of delivery. The return package must be scanned by the shipping carrier within this timeframe.
Extended Returns: From day 8 to day 14, returns are still accepted but will incur a $10 flat return shipping fee per item.
LIMITATIONS
Free returns and exchanges are limited to 2 pairs per order.
Each additional item returned will incur a $10 shipping fee per item.

Shoes discounted by 20% or more:
Subject to a $7.99 flat shipping fee and a $7.99 return fee
Eligible for one free exchange per order
Items Marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.
Replacement items will ship only once the original product is received and inspected.
HOW TO RETURN
All returns must use our prepaid return label. We cannot accept or process returns sent by other shipping methods.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return behaviour may result in:

Drying: Let shoes dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Insert shoe trees or newspaper inside to absorb moisture and maintain shape.
Protection: Regularly apply a protective spray or polish to shield against water, stains, and damage.
